Consultancy Operations Project and Report Production Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultancy Operations Project and Report Production Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing the operations of consultancy projects and the production of reports within the consultancy team. They will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality reports that meet our clients' needs and expectations.


1. Project Management:

  • Coordinate and manage consultancy projects from initiation to completion.
  • Operate as a key liaison between our consultancy team and our grocery analytics team
  • Manage timelines to ensure every project is delivered on time. Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.
  • Ensure that all Consultancy Operational metrics are up to date and managed within Consultancy’s project management tool (

2. Report Production:

  • Oversee the production of reports based on locational data analysis and insights.
  • Work closely with analysts and data scientists to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, relevant, and meet client requirements.
  • Develop templates, formats, and standards for report production.
  • Implement quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.

3. Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project status, performance, and key metrics.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, geography, etc.) preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in consultancy or data analytics.
  • Strong understanding of locational data concepts, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in Canva (Report production).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, Salesforce, a plus.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
